The Opportunity:

The Digital Education Manager is responsible for supporting growth throughout local markets while implementing digital training platform(s) for brands such as Carolina Herrera, Rabanne, and Jean Paul Gaultier. This role involves both independent and collaborative work, requiring a candidate who is passionate about fragrances and makeup, has a positive, solution-oriented attitude, and excels in detail-oriented tasks within the retail and digital learning environments. Exceptional organizational skills, self-motivation, and expertise in digital learning processes are essential. The Digital Education Manager will design, create, and maintain digital learning content that aligns with the US marketing calendar. This includes managing internal digital learning platforms, assessing learner data, and building loyalty through a seamless omnichannel experience. Additionally, the role supports the field team to achieve excellent customer experiences and deliver retail KPIs. This role reports to the Education Director.


What you’ll get to do:

  • Key implementer/responder of the Puig internal training and education app (Brand Experience), managing the workplace platform and communication from an educational perspective, presenting product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Support the Field Sales Team to develop their digital expertise and to ensure all platforms are utilized and have maximum impact and effect.
  • Create and manage content of the digital education platform(s) in line with the marketing calendar, US initiatives, and in conjunction with the Global Education Team.
  • Measure impact of training interventions that have been delivered by analyzing feedback and results and implementing updates with solutions, when and where necessary.
  • Digitalization of all education tools; updating current tools whilst looking at ways to advance, optimize and improve.
  • Responsible for ensuring all digital training tools are ready and prepared on time for delivery of training.
  • Coordinate with Brand Managers to ensure all education materials are updated in line with brand changes and product lines.
  • Identify and escalate technical and content issues for the Education Apps with Global Partners.
  • Establish clear channels for Puig to utilize partner retailers' learning platforms and develop appropriate content and strategies for activation – in partnership with the Retailer Education Manager.
  • Create incentive programs to drive all education platforms.
  • Measure efficiency of the digital platform and make recommendations to expand outreach and learner population.
  • Create video learnings for internal and external sales teams to support new product launches.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to aid in the development of service tools and trial and test their effectiveness in the market.
  • Adhere to department budgets, plan accordingly making informed decisions on spending. Raise purchase orders and record purchases on the internal system.
  • Provide support to the Education Director and other members of the Education Team.
  • Ensure all digital tools, materials, and literature are planned and used when training.
  • Travel to attend various business interventions and initiatives.
  • Participate in the delivery of in-house training seminars, focusing on product knowledge and sales techniques.

  • Experienced with US retailers and their education platforms/initiatives.
  • Detail-oriented multitasker with experience organizing, designing, and presenting educational seminars from brief to execution.
  • Has 5+ years’ experience in education or an equivalent role, with strong training and presentation skills.
  • Confident in delivering informative, entertaining, and inspiring demonstrations in various public arenas.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating skills and knowledge across the beauty industry, with proficiency in iOS & Android devices.
  • Problem-solving skills for minor IT issues and experience working with local & global IT support, with strong social media platform knowledge.
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Excel, spreadsheet management, and familiarity with Teach on Mars Mission Center.


Compensation:

As required by New York State's salary transparency law, effective November 2022, the expected base salary for this position ranges from $95,000.00 - $100,000.00. Various factors are considered when extending offers, such as relevant skillset, training, years of experience related to the current job description, education, and our organizational structure.
