Marketing Intern

The Marketing Intern will report to the Senior Manager of Influencer Marketing and Director of Social Media in an effort to support all projects related to marketing. Specifically, the intern will assist in managing and scaling rhode's influencer program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Senior Manager of Influencer Marketing in communicating with influencers for gifting and content creation.
• Help facilitate ongoing seeding and gifting programs to secure online influencer engagement.
• Prospect influencers that align with brand values and assist in managing relationships within rhode's current influencer network.
• Assist in creative research and project management for influencer mailer development.
• Gather and ship inventory along with tracking packages.
• Utilize CRM systems such as Tribe Dynamics and GRIN to help manage influencer relationships.
• Work closely with the customer service and social media teams to ensure we are responding to influencer inquiries in a timely and appropriate manner.
• Assist in analyzing weekly and monthly influencer program performance.
• Surface key learnings from our influencer network to our leadership team.
• Stay abreast of key industry trends, competitive insights and industry leaders in social media.

• Actively engaged in using social media platforms including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
• Deep understanding of the social media & influencer landscape.
• Demonstrated passion for the beauty industry.
• Strong creative and critical thinking skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills and detail-oriented.
• Strong time management skills; ability to juggle priorities and multiple projects.
• Growth mindset ready to innovate and work collaboratively with a small startup team.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Working towards BA or BS or other school equivalent
• 1+ year experience working in social media and/or influencer marketing.
  
  

This internship pays $18 per hour.
