Job Details
First Shift Monday - Friday day shift
Job Duties And Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the activities of production line workers and equipment operators
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and sanitation standards and regulations
Monitor and adjust production processes and equipment to optimize efficiency and productivity
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or problems that arise during production
Train, coach, and evaluate the performance of production line workers
Maintain accurate and timely records of production data, such as output, waste, downtime, and inventory
Communicate and collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance, engineering, and logistics, to ensure smooth operation and customer satisfaction
Implement and support continuous improvement initiatives and best practices
Read and follow production records, machine SOPs, and Safety Manuals
