UTA Creators seeks a Manager, Data & Insights to support the department’s work with talent and brand clients within a dedicated team alongside the agency’s insights and analytics division, UTA IQ. The Manager will be responsible for surfacing key insights surrounding key clients and the performance of their respective business engagements and growth across the digital ecosystem. They will leverage both proprietary and third-party analytics tools to drive audience growth, commercial engagements, and new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will be an ambitious self-starter that is able to problem-solve. They are proactive, strategic, creative and thoughtful about finding solutions. They must have a strong drive for not only identifying what the data shows, but also digging deeper to uncover the ‘why’ behind the data. They must be well-organized with a passion for social media, creators and the digital ecosystem, and be excited to work within an innovative area of the business that operates at the cutting-edge of an emerging entertainment medium.

The salary range for this role is $110,000 to $125,000 commensurate with experience and skills.

What You Will Do

  • Evaluate the performance of commercial engagements across the Creators roster and relate those back to key performance indicators with actionable insights.
  • Present/report findings to internal stakeholders, clients and brand partners in a coherent and compelling fashion.
  • Conduct sponsorship and endorsement valuation and analyses for talent/brand clients within the digital space.
  • Integrate intelligence tools into the group’s daily work.
  • Stay current with emerging media, trends, and technologies, and share them with the group.
  • Be a thought-leader for group in devising new and innovative ways to leverage data to solve client challenges and exploit opportunities.
  • Work in tandem with UTA IQ to uncover and deploy new valuable sources of data that will elevate the group.

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or related field strongly preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience in a marketing technology, insights or analytics role.
  • Prior experience working in entertainment, social and/or digital media industry with extensive knowledge of current and relevant markets.
  • Superior communication and presentation skills.
  • High degree of motivation, and ability to demonstrate creative thinking.
  • Impeccable organizational and time management skills and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to navigate an organization and operate in an incredibly fast paced, multifaceted environment.
  • Knowledge of industry-leading digital analytics platforms and can navigate with ease.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint a must.
  • Experience in SQL, Javascript, GraphQL, Python, R, or similar is a plus.
