You will be a key collaborator in developing and managing strategic plans that ensure your CBU’s markets have the assets and tools needed to win in the marketplace.

Your ability to manage multiple projects at any given time will be key. Another key component will be working seamlessly within the Bacardi matrix by collaborating well with Marketing, Commercial, and Distributor teams.

Responsibilities

With our consumer at the heart your key focus will be

* Brand Initiatives Management: Oversee key brand initiatives and programs, collaborating with the Commercial team to ensure their success. Lead direction, tracking, and recapping for regional programs, including managing brand trip organization.
* National CPA Coordination: Participate in National CPA weekly calls, capturing key content for communication to BUSA and SGWS leads. Co-lead the creation of agendas for weekly/biweekly CPA updates and co-host these calls with the CPA Director, facilitating crucial communications to the CBU. Direct contributions from Commercial Finance, Marketing, and Incubation team members, including guest speakers.
* Information Management: Maintain Smartsheets and BUSA Playbooks with up-to-date brand information, serving as the primary contact for information queries within the CBU.
* Program Communication and Evaluation: Lead the process of presenting and communicating upcoming brand programs to BUSA/SGWS leads and manage the recap process to measure ROI.
* Event Coordination: Lead the communication and logistics of brand-led/local events, including point of sale, ambassadors, and TEAM enterprises resources, enabling market teams to focus on execution. Oversee the execution of various in-market events, such as brand team-led events, local team-created launch meetings, sponsorship-driven activations, and coordination with TEAM/brand resources.
* Brand Immersion Sessions: Help oversee brand immersion sessions with the Commercial team and SGWS Trade Development teams.
* Sampling Process Management: Lead the sampling process with TEAM enterprises, including the bi-weekly CPA update. Allocate sampling by market/channel, considering market dynamics and strategic pillars, work with states on NSP progress/utilization, manage reallocation with TEAM sampling leads, and create processes for executing ad hoc events with local funding.
* POS Management: Lead communication of timelines and ordering windows, manage the ad hoc process if necessary, oversee ongoing inventory management initiatives, and create programs utilizing point of sale to drive improved ROI.
* Quarterly Portfolio Wins: Compile and share quarterly big wins for the portfolio to demonstrate execution success.
* Joint Business Planning (JBP): Assist in the JBP process to drive investment across brand teams and CBU, supporting activities aligned with brand and commercial priorities. Manage incremental brand-funded program tracking and recapping.
* Strategic Planning: Assist in managing the strategic planning process from start to end for fiscal planning, including ROS drivers, sales tools, ATL, BTL, experiential, and digital strategies.
* Market Insights: Participate in local market blitzes and surveys to gain commercial insights. Support local market blitzes and brand team visits with logistics management and support elements.
* Sponsorship and Activation Management: Help manage large-scale sponsorships and activations with local commercial leads.
* Budget Management: Assist the Director in managing CP&A budgets, including local CPA budgets, brand launch/JPM/incremental funds, AP Keaton budgets, Live Nation budgets, and more.
* Innovation Launch Lead: Create launch plans in conjunction with the Commercial team, pitch brands for budgets, develop strategic programs, and evaluate program success.
* On-Premise Team Integration: Streamline communication across Brand Ambassadors and Commercial teams.
* Joint Planning Meetings: Lead content direction for meetings, host strategic sessions with the Commercial team in advance of JPM, and work with the brand team on implementation.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Demonstrate strong cross-functional capabilities with market resources (advocacy, brand RMMs, on-premise teams, etc.).
* Additional Responsibilities: Handle other assigned projects and critical duties as assigned by the CPA director.

Skills and Experience

The skills and experience needed to create your legacy

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
* 4-6 years’ experience in management roles, preferably in the Spirits and/or overall Beverage industry.
* Strong Commercial skills gained through hands on Commercial roles & ability to lead cover key areas of focus
* Shown strong though leadership in customer and channel dynamics understanding and solution solving
* Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Ability to multitask while overseeing projects across multiple states
* Prior Budget management experience and substantial Microsoft Office experience.
* Your ability to operate and orchestrate seamlessly within the matrix will be critical for success in this role
