Our Opportunity: The Manager – Brand Standards will own the Restaurant Excellence Visit (REV) program at Popeyes and act as the lead account manager for the Popeyes and Steritech relationship. This position will also maintain the Brand Standards Manual, including bi-annual updates as the business evolves. This position reports to the Director, Operations Excellence.

(30%) Provide ownership of the Restaurant Excellence Visit (REV) program.

• Update the REV Guidebook on a roundly basis to account for any updated standards or technology, equipment, or procedural changes. Share REV program updates on a roundly basis with senior leaders.
• Prepare the Field, franchisees, ARLs, and RGMs for roundly updates to the REV program, including communications updates, in-person and virtual meetings, and trainings.
• Provide recommendations to senior leaders and leverage data to make REV changes based on appeals and other findings from the field and Steritech.
  
  

(50%) Act as the main liaison between Popeyes, the Field Team, and Steritech.

• Act as the lead account manager with RBI’s third-party vendor, Steritech.
• Liaise with FBPs and OPs to manage appeals and standards / SOP questions.
• Investigate Steritech Specialist concerns and calibration requests through in-market visits and follow-up conversations.
• Train Steritech (and Specialists) on major changes to the REV program to ensure consistency across Specialists.
  
  

(20%) Craft and maintain Popeyes brand standards.

• Be the subject matter expert on Popeyes operations standards.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to craft brand standards.
• Own the Brand Standards Manual and update with new standards bi-annually.
• Partner with Sr. Analyst, Brand Standards to manage restaurant exceptions and send approval letters in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3+ years’ experience in restaurant operations or related hospitality field
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving and project management skills
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to travel up to 40% as needed.
