Litigation Associate Attorney REMOTE
Job Description
Lebedin Kofman LLP is looking for an associate attorney with at least 1-2 years of litigation experience.
Seeking an admitted attorney, for a promising Associate position in General, Commercial and Business Litigation. Opportunity for a diligent and dedicated Associate Attorney to develop their career with an established firm. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for high volume caseload, motion practice, negotiation as well as client interaction.
ATTORNEY MUST BE ADMITTED TO PRACTICE IN NEW YORK.
Attorneys who have debt collection or defense experience are welcome to apply.
EXTREMELY detail oriented. MUST be able to deal with responsibility of a large case load;
HIGHLY organized; MUST be able to multi-task efficiently and effectively.
Job responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to: ; negotiation with opposing counsel; client interaction; Legal research and writing; motion practice.

Benefits
Salary: $90,000.00 to $125,000 /year, depending on experience Plus commission and bonus.
