A global, Am Law 200 firm is currently looking to onboard an associate to join their Commercial Litigation team at their Washington, DC office. This team of litigators handle matters in virtually every substantive area of the law, serving clients from a wide range of industries and operating both nationally and internationally. Their cohesive and collaborative team has a diverse and unique multidisciplinary practice that gives you the opportunity to work closely with shareholders, and their platform supports and encourages career development.
Experience:
The ideal candidate must have three to four years of general litigation experience and experience with antitrust matters is a plus. You must have experience drafting complaints and motions, conducting discovery, taking depositions, appearing in federal and state courts and corresponding with opposing counsel and clients. A JD degree is a must, as well as admission to practice in Washington, D.C.
