Essential Functions Of a Licensing Assistant
Administer and process all applications for various licenses.
Maintain all necessary records and update it on systems and conduct various.
Provide all licenses and permits within required timeframe.
Maintain knowledge of all testing for prospective customers and equipment and manage calls; provide appropriate responses for all issues.
Provide optimal level of customer services for all licensing activities.
Participate in all inquiries and prepare reports for Quality management committee.
Participate in department meetings and manage all correspondences with all customers.
Administer all licensing renewals and inspect all requirements for same within required timeframe.
Participate in department improvement activities.
Required Education And Experience
1-year of experience in licensing required or combination of equivalent field experience.
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
Preferred Education And Experience
High proficiency of PC systems, tools, and applications.
