Legal Assistant / Paralegal

Reputable SF based law firm is looking for a Legal Assistant/Legal Secretary or Paralegal to assist in all phases of major mass tort litigation from inception to settlement. A successful candidate will know how to conduct research of various products, develop scripts and conduct client intake. You should be comfortable with overseeing and managing document management for multiple cases. Drafting Pleadings, memos, and excelling with court correspondence. You will be the primary contact for clients, co-counsel, and liaisons for process servers and vendors.

Your background and accumulated skills should demonstrate proficiency with:

- Processing attorney calendars
- Deposition and trial prep
- Distribution of case document

- Trial preparation scheduling

- Document management

-Drafing demand letters

- Meeting court ordered deadlines
