Our client is a prestigious private investment firm who specialises in real estate. They are seeking to hire a hardworking and proactive junior attorney for their well-established legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a broad remit of work including:
Assisting with conflicts of interest, trade reporting and AML/KYC matters.
Negotiate, draft, and review confidentiality agreements and vendor agreements.
Assist on corporate matters, including entity formations, structure charts and foreign qualifications.
