We are working with a top 200 AmLaw firm looking for (2) Paralegals to join their team - one junior AND the other mid-senior level (5+ YOE as a Paralegal). Both roles focusing on IP Patent.
Manages domestic and international filings with the USPTO and foreign law offices or entities.
Tracks and updates the docket system with due dates for actions such as responses, renewals, oppositions, PCT requirements, and patent annuity payments in foreign countries.
Prepares and submits various documents to the USPTO and foreign counsel.
Prepares and records patent assignments.
Drafts correspondence for clients.
Compiles status summary reports for attorneys and clients.
Reviews and addresses correspondence from foreign associates.
Obtains legalizations and certifications as needed.
Researches and gathers information on national and international patent rights, including searches of USPTO records, industry databases, and general legal research.
Compensation commiserate to YOE.
