[Responsibilities]
Coordinating rental equipment for glam, fitting and shoot days.
Coordinating tasks like purchasing supplies, equipment, food, props, hair pieces and other essentials for the project.
Styling tasks such as ironing, pinning, and other support as needed.
Wardrobe logistics, including gathering, unpacking, shipping returns, and preparing garments for shoots.
Equipment logistics like walkie talkies, name tags and others for the performance team.
Collecting receipts and $ used on JV cards / budget.
Keeping track of time during shoots, such as glam timetable and others.
Keeping inventories of our wardrobe and storage spaces.
Getting all the invoices from all parties.
[Qualifications]
Passion and interest in areas such as entertainment, music, artist development, and fashion.
Ability to meet tight deadlines, demonstrate accuracy and high quality of work.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and collaborate well with others.
Ability to lift heavy objects
Have reliable transportations to carry, pick up, and drop off.
