Intellectual Property Paralegal

An Am Law 100 law firm is looking for an Intellectual Property Paralegal to join their team out of their Washington D.C. office.

Responsibilities:

• File global patent portfolios
• Communicate with foreign agents and USPTO employees
• Organize patent files and manage docket deadlines
• Due diligence, legal research, and data compilation

Qualifications:

• MUST have 5+ years of intellectual property experience in a law firm setting
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule in Washington, D.C.
• Team player, solid communication skills, interest in bringing your creativity and passion to work
• Experience with both patent and trademark & proficient in ePCT
• Knowledge of both domestic and foreign intellectual property processes and policies
• Expert in Microsoft programs

Salary: $90-$125k/yr.
