Role Overview: As an Immigration Attorney, you will provide legal guidance and representation to clients navigating immigration law.
Responsibilities: Track close rates and firm KPIs, follow up on notes/emails, shadow, debrief with manager/owner. Accompany clients to USCIS Field Office and Asylum Office. Represent clients in removal/bond proceedings and BIA appeals. Prepare briefs, cover letters, motions, and immigration packets. Review, give feedback, and sign off on documents. Support the local office. Build reputation and referral base with other attorneys. Conduct research and technical legal writing. Keep abreast of immigration law changes.
Qualifications: 3+ years in family immigration and deportation defense (preferred: Fed court, employment-based) JD or LLM required Bilingual: Spanish and English highly preferred Required License: Texas preferred Understanding of business processes and revenue generation
