LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an HR Coordinator to assist in carrying out various HR programs and processes, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional employee experiences across the organization.

Title: Human Resource Coordinator

Location: St. Louis, MO

Schedule: Monday-Friday; Standard hours of operation (HYBRID 2 Days Remote)

Compensation: $60,000 to $70,000 annual

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation activities, ensuring new employees are welcomed effectively.
  • Maintain HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Partner with hiring managers to facilitate recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
  • Act as the main point of contact for candidates, providing timely communication and a positive candidate experience.
  • Coordinate interview schedules, travel arrangements, and accommodations for candidates as needed.
  • Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other HR databases.
  • Conduct new hire orientations and assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Manage employee relations matters with professionalism and discretion, providing guidance to employees and management as needed.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with inquiries related to benefits eligibility and enrollment.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Support performance management processes through performance evaluations, coaching sessions, and development plans.
  • Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures and provide training to employees and managers on HR-related topics.
  • Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing the employee experience and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, with the ability to interpret and apply them effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
