Title – HR Director

Hours: 8 - 5 - Hybrid

Pay: Up to $150K

Location: Denver, CO

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of comprehensive Human Resources generalist experience.
  • Served as unit or company leader of HR
  • Progressive career growth including the management of teams


Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute the strategic plan for the HR team, aligning with company objectives and values.
  • Benefits Management: Oversee and manage employee benefits programs, effectively communicating their value to attract and retain top talent.
  • Cultural Understanding: Understand and articulate the company culture, evaluating performance against it to ensure alignment and cohesion.
  • Performance Measurement: Implement systems to measure and analyze performance and productivity across the organization.
  • Leadership and Oversight: Provide clear direction and oversight to the HR team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and values.
  • Process Implementation: Establish and maintain processes around recruiting, retention, training, performance management, total compensation, employment law compliance, and team member relations.
  • Team Support: Provide support and guidance to team members, offering insights and direction on issues including discipline and professional development.
  • Legal Compliance: Stay updated on employment laws, ensuring company practices and policies remain compliant, and maintain accurate records.
  • Budget Management: Effectively manage the operational budget, leveraging it as an investment aligned with company objectives.
  • Data Analysis: Conduct data and statistical analysis to inform training and compensation decisions, keeping the company competitive and capable of attracting top talent.
  • Wage and Salary Management: Manage wage and salary scales to ensure competitiveness in the market and the ability to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Trend Analysis: Analyze societal trends and industry developments to anticipate future HR needs and challenges.
  • Chemical Safety Awareness: Ability to work in environments involving chemicals, adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
