HR Compensation Specialist

The HR Benefits Coordinator will be responsible for administering and managing employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, leave policies, wellness programs, and other related benefits. This role requires a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels.

Desired Skills and Experience

* Develop and implement compensation strategies and structures that align with the organization's goals and objectives.

*Conduct job evaluations and classifications to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.

*Collaborate with HR partners and departmental leaders to gather job information and analyze job descriptions to accurately define roles within the organization.

*Participate in salary surveys and analyze compensation data to determine the organization's market position.

*Review and revise existing compensation programs to ensure they meet current and future business needs.

*Assist with the design and administration of incentive or bonus programs to support organizational objectives.
