Applicant Must Have The Following Relevant Experience
- Experience troubleshooting Windows 10 OS and Windows 11 OS.
- Experience troubleshooting peripheral devices, including printers, scanners, and Apple mobile devices.
- Experience providing telephone support related to networking or connectivity issues.
- Experience Installing and performing minor repairs to hardware, software, or peripheral equipment, following design or installation specifications.
- Experience providing basic diagnosis, analysis and resolution of issues and customer(s).
- Experience independently imaging and or reimaging equipment in preparation for deployment.
- Experience with Microsoft Intune
- Experience with Microsoft Windows Autopilot
