The Role:
Serious athletes have long recognized rowing as one of the most effective forms of full-body exercise, and Row House's workout stays true to form. Targeting the upper body, lower body, and core all at once, the brand's fitness program offers an energetic, endorphin-boosting workout in a safe, inspiring, and inclusive environment.
This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to join our team and help us continue to share the Row House brand and experience with everyone.
The Row House Coach will lead up to 25 participants through the Row House experience.
Your Responsibilities:
Deliver pre-designed workouts to groups of 25 clients
Energize and motivate clients throughout rowing sessions
Build Row House class attendance and retain current clientele
Teach proper rowing techniques to ensure clients have a safe and positive experience
Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations, including, but not limited to, Row House University or any required continuing education
Handle member concerns when applicable
Assist sales associates and General Manager with studio tours and sales as needed
Set up rowers and explain class format for prospects and new clients
Maintain a strong social media presence to increase class following
What We're Looking For:
A leader with 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the fitness, retail, or hospitality industry
A self-starter who is enthusiastic about fitness and has a knack for building strong community ties
Adept in sales strategy, customer relationship management, and operational logistics
Motivated by a challenging, team-oriented environment and driven to achieve excellence
A communicator who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth through innovative strategies and community engagement
Team-oriented mindset, focusing on supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive, inclusive work environment
