Job Responsibilities 

  • Lead and manage the FP&A and revenue functions for clients in the CPG industry, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to support the growth and profitability of CPG clients.
  • Oversee the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses, providing insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Utilize SAP to streamline financial processes and enhance reporting capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and optimize financial operations.
  • Provide strategic financial advice and support to clients, helping them achieve their business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, maintaining the highest level of integrity and accuracy.

Requirements

  • BS degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related fields.
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in finance, with a focus on FP&A and revenue management.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience leading teams in a fast-paced, results oriented environment.
  • Demonstrated experience working in the CPG industry.
  • Proficiency in SAP and experience leveraging the system for financial management.

Preferred Qualifications 

  •   CPA, MBA or CMA
  • Experience in client-based business

Certain states require us to disclose the pay range and benefits summary for job openings. The compensation range for this position: $202,700 - $274,200 Compensation may vary based on skills, role, and location.
