Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst
Overview
As an FP&A Analyst, you will support planning and decision-making processes by analyzing and transforming financial data, preparing comprehensive reports for senior decision-makers, maintaining strategic planning models, evaluating financial performance and trends, conducting profitability analysis, assessing strategic initiatives, and spearheading the development and implementation of business intelligence capabilities.

- Prepare comprehensive reports for senior decision-makers.
- Maintain strategic planning models to support business growth.
- Evaluate financial performance, trends, and profitability.
- Assess strategic initiatives in alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and implement business intelligence capabilities.
- Lead the development of PowerBI dashboards for actionable insights.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align financial analysis with business objectives.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Identify, transform, and evaluate financial information for senior decision-making processes.
- Prepare company-wide and business-level financial and performance reports.
- Conduct profitability analysis of production channels.
- Report findings to senior management with actionable recommendations.
- Evaluate strategic initiatives for organizational impact.
- Develop and implement data warehouse solutions for business intelligence.
Qualifications
- BA in Accounting or Finance; MBA strongly desired.
- Three or more years of FP&A experience, preferably in banking or finance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial software.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with PowerBI or similar tools is a plus.
- Understanding of US GAAP and financial modeling.
