Financial Analyst - Junior/Midlevel Role

Mothership is excited to search for skilled crew members that can function as a Junior - Midlevel Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• The Financial Analyst II performs many accounting, customer service and organizational functions. They are responsible for collaborating with internal and external members to promote financial health within the organization.
• Searching each carrier statement for any payment inconsistencies or errors, while making sure plan participants are being charged correctly at the EE/ER tier.
• Performs verification and accuracy checks monthly on all assigned accounts. Ability to research and follow-up by making sure corrections are identified and reported to the necessary participants timely.
• Implement strategic processes and evaluate methods that supply correct results. independently problem solve by applying critical thought.
• Effective communication methods and ability to clearly express and explain analytical data to internal and external business partners.
• Follows Standard Operating Processes in relation to timely payment and reconciliation procedures. These
• processes have potential to change based on business needs. Ability to adapt to changes in

Education Level: Associate's Degree

• Academic Concentration/Major: Accounting/Finance Preferred
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial data - Strong Analytical and Excel Skills Advanced (Proficiency: Advanced)
