A dynamic and innovative organization within the Energy sector are looking for an Energy Growth Associate. The successful candidate will have a background in investment banking or private equity, and worked on energy projects.
Responsibilities:
Identify and recommend strategic business strategies, partnerships, and investment opportunities in renewable energy.
Create financial models to analyze projects
Analyze and optimize project economics through cost-benefit and sensitivity analysis.
Support negotiation and structuring of project financing agreements.
Assist in preparing project proposals, presentations, and investment memos.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including feasibility studies and financial models.
Collaborate with business development teams to identify strategic partnerships and investment opportunities.
Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in energy investment banking or related financial roles.
Familiarity with financial analysis related to environmental credits, project financing, and regulatory assessments.
Experience managing multiple partnerships and business deals concurrently.
Intrinsic motivation, entrepreneurial spirit, and problem-solving mindset.
Demonstrated ability to analyze projects for financial feasibility.
2-5 years’ experience in Investment Banking or Private Equity, preferably in Energy or Industrials.
