As the Executive Vice President, you'll be instrumental in spearheading initiatives and providing support to teams to attain client objectives. The Role:
Act as a senior leader, enhancing the agency's strategic communications and capabilities
Ensure the team is structured, synchronized, and motivated to meet revenue, profitability, and efficiency objectives
Offer senior-level counsel to Oncology clients, delivering top-tier industry expertise and excellence in communication strategies
Promote an integrated communication approach for Oncology clients, fostering cross-functional collaboration within the team and across the organization
The Ideal Candidate:
Extensive experience in Pharma Healthcare PR
Over 15 years of experience leading corporate clients within an agency environment
Highly proficient in leadership and effective problem-solving
Passionate about instigating change, innovation, and client growth while guiding them as a trusted advisor
