Entry Level Trust Associate

Our Fortune 500 Financial Services client is seeking a sharp and professional Trust Associate! The Trust Associate is responsible for providing administrative support to the Trust Services team. This includes processing trust transactions, preparing reports, and providing customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of trust principles and procedures, as well as excellent customer service skills. This role offers the opportunity to work with corporate trusts and kick off your career in the financial services space!

Responsibilities:

• Process trust transactions, such as opening and closing accounts, managing assets, and distributing funds.
• Prepare reports, such as trust account statements and annual reports.
• Provide customer service to trust clients, answering questions and resolving issues.
• Maintain trust records and files.
• Assist with other trust-related projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in the trust industry.
• Strong understanding of trust principles and procedures.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
