This is a contract position, that will carry the business through the lawsuit, approximately 6 months of work.
We are looking for a California-barred employment lawyer with experience defending class action lawsuits. The successful candidate will handle a Class/ PAGA matter, which is currently in the early stages.
Core Responsibilities
Provide expert and strategic legal advice regarding the case
Handle communications with opposing counsel
Prepare summary of potential damages
Ability to analyze class data for valuation purposes
Qualifications/ Skills
Must have experience defending class action lawsuits and feel comfortable as lead counsel
