The ideal candidate will have experience handling a broad range of employment-related claims, including FEHA, wage and hour, class actions and PAGA, and providing advice and counsel involving similar issues.
Requirements
3+ years of experience working on the defense of employment litigation matters, with experience conducting discovery, taking and defending depositions, preparing and arguing motions, and assisting with mediation/arbitration/trial preparation
Prior experience working on the defense of class actions and PAGA claims is preferred
Ability to work independently with limited supervision
Qualifications
Must be admitted to the California State Bar
3+ years professional working experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
