Job Description:
Hands-on experience with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, generators, painting, etc.
Strong understanding of maintenance operations
Ability to oversee all aspects of maintenance and coordinate department operations and personnel
Proficiency in inspecting equipment and facilities for performance, safety, and upkeep
Experience managing maintenance staff schedules and responsibilities
Proven track record of maintaining accurate records of repairs, warranties, and inspections
Knowledge of legal standards and ability to ensure compliance
Ability to supervise the completion of necessary repairs and updates
Willingness and capability to respond to emergency calls
