Reporting To: Sr. Digital Marketing Manager

Location: Z SUPPLY HYBRID

Schedule: Hybrid - In Office 3 Days / Remote 2 Days

Job Overview

As a Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks aimed at optimizing our digital presence and marketing campaigns. Your primary duties will include SMS growth & KPI goals, email marketing automations, coordinating paid advertising efforts, and supporting overall digital marketing strategies.

Position Duties / Responsibilities

• SMS Marketing:
• SMS sales growth and other KPI goals.
• Creation and management of SMS calendars.
• Support the building and scheduling of SMS campaigns.
• Assist in developing SMS customer journeys and conducting tests.
• Complete and present SMS reporting.
• Support SMS segmentation optimization.
• Email Marketing:
• Assist in building and testing email customer journeys.
• Prepare email flow reporting.
• Support email segmentation optimization.
• Refresh and build email/SMS sign-up forms.
• Campaign Management:
• Assist in planning referral campaigns.
• Prepare & present referral reporting.
• Support the development and execution of list growth campaigns.
• Coordinate seasonal digital gift card updates and quarterly gifting campaign planning.
• Planning and reporting on Afterpay and loyalty/VIP programs.
• Paid Advertising:
• Help maintain the paid ads calendar.
• Support the development of ad creative concepts.
• Assist in building out paid social ad previews and search assets.
• Maintain creative trackers.
• Participate in bi-weekly and ad hoc agency and buying department calls.
• Perform weekly inventory checks for live paid creatives.
• Assist in building and managing paid ad Asana tasks.
• Content Management:
• Assist in coordinating influencer/UGC and in-house/studio content.
• Support affiliate reporting and banner builds.
• Help drive affiliate growth.
• E-commerce Support:
• Assist in reporting on weekly and monthly e-commerce meetings.
• Help maintain Feedonomics/Shopify feed.
• Support Retention.com reporting and segmentation growth.
• Vendor Communications:
• Assist in maintaining regular communication with vendors and manage relevant reporting.

Qualifications / Experience / Skills / Competencies

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or related roles.
• Proficiency in SMS and email marketing platforms.
• Experience with paid advertising platforms and tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
• Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) is a plus.

Position Salary Range $66,500 – 68,000 Annually

At Z SUPPLY, we consider many factors when it comes to compensation, including the scope of the position as well as your background and experience. Base pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
