Job Purpose: Assist the Marketing Manager in the execution and analysis of digital marketing initiatives including product database management, eCommerce site performance, email marketing, social media, digital search and display advertising, and digital content creation for industry leading brands including Bear Archery, Trophy Ridge, Bear X, Cajun Bowfishing, and SIK Broadheads.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
Create and execute promotional content and social media calendar.
Assist in building a strong brand focused social media presence.
Design visually compelling graphics for eCommerce sites, social media platforms, and email marketing campaigns using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Ensure all visual content is optimized for various digital platforms and devices.
Develop, proofread, and test email marketing and SMS campaigns to promote products or services.
Maintain brand consistency and uphold visual identity across all digital touchpoints.
Design and edit product images, banners, and other marketing materials for online use.
Assist in the analysis and reporting of Google Analytics data for internal websites and develop resulting strategy proposals to support website goals and SEO.
Write clear and engaging SEO rich content for websites that reflect the brand’s voice.
Organize and manage product content (copy, images, videos, dimensions, pricing, etc.) utilizing a product database Salsify and publishing to Shopify websites, Amazon, and additional retail channels.
Inspect and publish product information, landing pages, coupon codes, checkout options, and all other pertinent website-related systems to ensure their visual appeal, accuracy, and ease of use.
Work cross-functionally with Marketing Manager, creative team, and Product Managers to facilitate the selling and item setup process.
Work with Marketing Manager to create digital advertising campaigns for eCommerce retailers.
Work with Product Managers to gain extensive product knowledge for use in product copy and advertisements.
Work with Sales and Product Managers to execute ecommerce and retail strategies.
Participate in training opportunities related to eCommerce and digital marketing trends.
Stay updated on design trends and Adobe software advancements to improve the quality and effectiveness of visual content.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or other related business degree or English, Creative Writing, or similar degree.
Minimum of 1 year of copy writing or other writing experience, sporting goods or other consumer products industry preferred.
1 year of data analytics and/or digital marketing experience desired - sporting goods or other consumer product industries preferred.
Proven experience in graphic design with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Extreme attention to detail and thoroughness in executing tasks.
Strong logical-reasoning skills to solve complex problems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Experience in any of the following – Adobe, Shopify, Salsify, Klaviyo, Yotpo, Meta Business Suite, BrightEdge, Google Merchant Center, Asana, Jira, and ShareASale.
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
Passion for and knowledge of the hunting industry is highly preferred.
