Technical Skills/Experience
- Mainframe JCL/COBOL in MVS, z/OS
- GNU Cobol a plus
- Retail/grocery systems knowledge Skills
- Ability to develop technical specifications, test plans, validation
- SDLC Methodologies, Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid
- Mainframe and or midrange programming experience an extreme plus
- DemandTec, Pricing, promotions, and any supply chain, marketing and merchandising systems experience is an extreme plus
- Client facing - working to determine merger, integration, and testing requirements
- Create Technical Design Documents from Functional Requirement Documents
- Create test plans with validations and execute them
- Perform peer reviews of other developers' work for quality
- Follow standards
- Work in a team environment
