JCO is currently on the lookout for an Administrative Assistant / Data Entry Representative for one of our top clients! This well-established company is one of the key players in residential construction and looking for a reliable person to join their team. The idea candidate will have great computer skills (including a working knowledge of Excel), a strong attention to detail, and previous administrative experience. The Duties will include:
Process all the daily service tickets as they come in
Schedule service calls and distribute to technicians
Filing, data entry, general office duties as needed
The Ideal candidate will have:
Experience in customer service and Data Entry
Experience in residential construction preferred
Exceptional multitasking skills
Excellent phone etiquette and people skills
Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 7 am to 4 pm
