This is where you come in. We are scaling our team in New York and are seeking a founding Customer Success Manager for our new US office.

The Opportunity

As a Customer Success Manager at Dreamdata, you will shape the success journey for our customers. This position is perfect for individuals passionate about customer success and data-driven results, offering the opportunity to help companies solve their most challenging data problems. You will also become an expert on the Dreamdata platform and its integrations, supporting both existing customers and the sales team during pre-sales. Please note, this is a non-commercial role focused on being a strategic advisor, driving adoption and usage and involves some technical acumen as well as marketing knowledge.

Requirements

Here's what we are looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience as a CSM within B2B SaaS, preferably MarTech or Big Data
  • Proven track record of driving results for your customers and your company
  • A strategic approach to customer management, w/ strong business acumen
  • Ability to navigate complex organizations to accelerate product adoption, influence collaboration and evangelize opportunities for growth
  • Entrepreneurial mindset. You will be the founding CSM and will have to wear many hats, all while operating independently
  • SQL and JavaScript skills would be a significant advantage
  • This is a hybrid role, in office at our Midtown Manhattan location Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week. No exceptions for a full time remote environment
