Performs recruitment duties according to needs of Toyota of Orlando and Clermont departments by scheduling interviews with candidates and hiring managers. Champions the employment brand by providing an outstanding candidate experience for our current and potential future employees.
Job Responsibilities:
Provides support in the areas of staffing, recruitment and selection
Coordinate, plan and schedule New Hire Orientation with new hires and hiring managers, including collection of paperwork
Assists in conducting new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives with Chairman and President
Develop recruitment sources, resources, and relationships
Identify Sales staff vacancies and recruit, interview, and select applicants
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
Assist Benefits in the coordination of employee programs (as needed)
Schedules, prioritizes and follows up on Recruitment meetings and appointments
Conducts phone screens for Sales candidates
Ensures the administrative functions of the recruitment process are smooth and efficient
Handles confidential and/or sensitive department information with discretion
Participate in job fairs, college recruitment activities and other events and processes to attract candidates
Recommend and implement employment policies and practices
Maintain recruitment and employment files and documentation and ensure that programs are administered in compliance with regulatory and policy requirements
Assist with special projects as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Management, or Psychology, preferred
At least 1-3 years of Human Resources or Recruiting experience, required
Experience using time management skills such as prioritizing, organizing, tracking details, and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates
Experience developing ways of accomplishing goals with little or no supervision, depending on oneself to complete objectives and determining when escalation of issues is necessary
Strong customer service orientation and responsiveness
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with all levels of employees
Strong project management and organization skills, including ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong ability to collaborate and coordinate across teams
Appropriate judgment in confidential and sensitive situations
Detail oriented
Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Bilingual, preferred
