Contracts Assistant - 2 Year Contract - Part Time - Remote, United States - W2 ONLY
We are looking for a Part-Time Contracts Assistant to join our remote team. You will start by managing insurance and other electronic filing duties and gradually assist with lower-level contract reviews under significant supervision. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt to a dynamic workload.
Qualifications:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
Ability to work independently from a home office
Experience with liability insurance is preferred but not required
Resilient and open to constructive feedback
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a busy environment
Responsibilities:
Perform electronic filing duties, including managing insurance documents
Handle various administrative tasks related to contract management
Assist in lower-level contract reviews with substantial guidance and supervision
Participate in team meetings on Wednesdays at 9 AM AK Time
Adapt to quickly changing conditions and prioritize workload effectively
Maintain strong communication with the team and respond to feedback constructively
