Contracts Assistant - 2 Year Contract - Part Time - Remote, United States - W2 ONLY

We are looking for a Part-Time Contracts Assistant to join our remote team. You will start by managing insurance and other electronic filing duties and gradually assist with lower-level contract reviews under significant supervision. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt to a dynamic workload.


Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
  • Ability to work independently from a home office
  • Experience with liability insurance is preferred but not required
  • Resilient and open to constructive feedback
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a busy environment


Responsibilities:

  • Perform electronic filing duties, including managing insurance documents
  • Handle various administrative tasks related to contract management
  • Assist in lower-level contract reviews with substantial guidance and supervision
  • Participate in team meetings on Wednesdays at 9 AM AK Time
  • Adapt to quickly changing conditions and prioritize workload effectively
  • Maintain strong communication with the team and respond to feedback constructively
