YOUR MISSION:

We are looking for a Creative Content Producer who will be responsible for managing mid-scale integrated productions from the initial kick-off through to final delivery. This role requires a blend of creativity, organization, and leadership, ensuring that all production elements align seamlessly with our strategic goals and creative vision.

  • Oversee all aspects of integrated productions, setting and communicating timelines, and ensuring all milestones and budgets are met from pre-production through post-production.
  • Advise stakeholders on content production-related matters, providing creative and budgetary solutions to enhance quality.
  • Manage all costs and financial paperwork associated with production, maintaining accurate budget tracking and reporting
  • Source and evaluate appropriate vendors including photographers, directors, production companies, design firms, agencies, illustrators ensuring best resources support creative and production needs.
  • Work closely with stakeholders including Creative Team, Creative Project Managers, Category Leads, and outside vendors/partners to ensure cohesive project execution.
  • Provide support to Senior Content Producers and Department Head, assisting in various capacities as needed

YOUR TALENT:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing preferred
  • 2-4 years of experience in a production role at a creative agency or in-house marketing department.
  • Experience in all phases of integrated campaign production; pre-production, production, and post-production
  • Strong knowledge of competitive industry costs, fees, usage rights, and ability to lead negotiations accordingly
  • Proven experience in creating and maintaining production budgets
  • Excellent communication skills – ability to interface with internal teams and external teams
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly and independently, anticipating and resolving problems with no supervision
  • Willingness to travel up to 60%, both domestically and internationally
