Amatheon Animal Health is looking to add their growing Compliance team. This candidate needs to have attention to detail and knowledge of Compliance procedures. This candidate will also need to have inventory experience along with data entry. Office experience is needed and will also need to have very extensive communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Will verify customers information - Licenses, Documents Etc.
Will assist the Accounting Department with general clerical duties.
Coordinate projects and assist with project management tasks
Provide customer support and address inquiries or concerns
Will assist with verifying orders and inventory on NetSuite.
Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
Use NetSuite for transactions and records.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as administrative assistant preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of NetSuite or similar accounting software is a plus
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Attention to detail and accuracy in transcribing and proofreading documents
Experience in a compliance department is a bonus
