Our Compensation Partner will play a critical role in developing, implementing, and managing compensation programs that align our strategic objectives as a company. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in compensation strategies and possess exceptional analytical and communication skills.
What You’ll Do:
Design and implement comprehensive compensation strategies that are competitive, equitable, legally compliant and align with our company’s goals + values
Work cross-functionally to build and launch systems for delivering Just Rewards outcomes for our employees
Conduct market analysis and benchmarking using compensation survey data and present reports on compensation metrics and outcomes to senior leadership
Manage internal compensation processes such as annual compensation adjustments, bonus programs, and equity grants
Partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to address compensation-related issues and provide guidance on compensation practices
Support the design and maintenance of compensation structures
Collaborate cross functionally to deliver training sessions and provide enablement resources to educate managers and employees on compensation programs, policies, and updates
Analyze compensation data and trends to identify areas for improvement and ensure internal equity
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to compensation
Maintain documentation and records to support compensation decisions and audits
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Human Resources or related field
7 - 10 years of relevant work experience
5 - 7 years of specific experience in compensation design and analysis is preferred
Advanced proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools (SQL, Tableau, Python are nice to have)
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
