The position


We are hiring an experienced attorney to support a client by (1) reviewing leases to advise business groups of the company's rights and obligations and (2) reviewing, drafting and negotiating leases, Letters of Intent (LOIs), extensions, amendments, and exclusions.


This is a fully remote, 40 hour / week role expected to last 6 months.


The hourly rate for this assignment is expected to be between $70 and $77. This range is an estimate; an employee’s compensation will be based on the employee’s qualifications, skillset and relevant experience, specific client needs, project requirements, and other considerations permitted by law. Is this you?


Our client is seeking a real estate attorney with 8+ years of relevant experience, including experience on both the landlord and tenant sides, who has served as part of the in-house team for a retailer with multiple locations in various states. Experience with stores in California is required.
