Your Role
As a Client Engagement Manager, you'll play a crucial role in our mission by serving as a strategic partner to our valued nonprofit clients. You'll build and nurture relationships with organizations dedicated to social change, guiding them to leverage technology effectively to achieve their goals.
What You'll Do
Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with C-suite and organizational leaders to understand their missions and strategic needs. You'll help shape high-level roadmaps for leveraging information systems and digital transformations to drive mission success.
Client Engagement: Maintain regular communication with clients, ensuring they understand the business value and ROI of our partnership. You'll manage client expectations, lead strategic discussions, and identify growth opportunities.
Project Oversight: Lead project teams through successful engagements, fostering collaboration and ensuring goals are met. You'll facilitate decision-making and manage KPIs to drive project success.
Innovation and Collaboration: Identify opportunities for collaboration and thought leadership with clients, such as co-presenting, writing articles, or sharing best practices in leveraging technology for nonprofit missions.

Who You Are
Experienced Professional: You have a background in consulting or nonprofit leadership, with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
Tech-Savvy: You possess experience with technology platforms, ideally Salesforce, and understand how to leverage technology for strategic objectives.
Strategic Thinker: You excel in strategic planning, able to grasp complex business models and generate insights to drive client success.
Excellent Communicator: Your communication skills are top-notch, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels and effectively convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
Passionate: You're passionate about technology, learning, and making a positive impact in the nonprofit sector.
