We are currently seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Business Performance Reporting Analyst to join our dynamic Client Services team in Irving, TX, and contribute to the continued success of our iconic brand.
Job responsibilities
In this role, you will play an essential role in analyzing data that informs strategic decisions. This role demands a blend of analytical proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate sophisticated information to business partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver timely and accurate analysis and business insights related to Client Service Center key performance metrics
Prepare Daily/Weekly/Monthly reporting to include sales volume, call volume, CSC productivity, etc. to evaluate performance trends and analysis
Partner with the CSC Leadership team to design and deploy reporting and analytical dashboards
Profile
The ideal candidate will be analytical with a strong problem-solving orientation. Success in this role will require you to be diligent with an unwavering dedication to accuracy.
Self-motivated with the capability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Proactive about learning new technologies or methodologies that enhance reporting capabilities.
Associate degree or higher is required; Preferred degree in Data Analytics, Finance/Econ, Business Administration, or similar studies
4 or more years of experience in a similar analytic role; monitoring, managing, manipulating, and drawing insights from data
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Proficient with creating data visualization tools and analytical software: expertise in Power BI experience is a plus, Salesforce experience preferred
Knowledge of data mining principles: descriptive/diagnostic analytics, mapping, and collecting data from multiple data systems preferred
Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
