The Business Development Liaison acts as the intermediary between other departments and the Business Development team regarding any referral.

Duties And Responsibilities
- Manages communications between account managers, intake staff, and referral sources.
- Responds to inquiries from account management team quickly and efficiently.
- Contributes to the management of the organization’s referrals by ensuring tasks are completed accurately and timely.
- Makes calls to doctor offices, nursing homes, and hospitals on behalf of account management team to retrieve necessary information for referrals.
- Prepares weekly update reports for referral sources containing pertinent information.
- Is independent and able to work under moderate supervision.
- Other tasks as needed.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office (i.e Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills
- Self-motivated
