Business Development Liaison

The Business Development Liaison acts as the intermediary between other departments and the Business Development team regarding any referral.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Manages communications between account managers, intake staff, and referral sources.
  • Responds to inquiries from account management team quickly and efficiently.
  • Contributes to the management of the organization’s referrals by ensuring tasks are completed accurately and timely.
  • Makes calls to doctor offices, nursing homes, and hospitals on behalf of account management team to retrieve necessary information for referrals.
  • Prepares weekly update reports for referral sources containing pertinent information.
  • Is independent and able to work under moderate supervision.
  • Other tasks as needed.

Education, Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Preferred

  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Good computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office (i.e Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.)
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Self-motivated
  • Problem Solver
