Job Description

Blue Circle Foods is seeking a talented and driven Business Analyst with a strong background in data analytics, accounting, and finance to join our team. If you are passionate about leveraging data to drive business decisions and have proficiency in ERP, CRM, SQL, and BI tools, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models to support business decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design and implement data analytics solutions using SQL, BI tools, and other data management systems.
• Conduct comprehensive analysis of financial statements, accounting records, and business performance metrics.
• Generate insightful reports and dashboards to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
• Support ERP and CRM system implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and recommend adjustments as necessary.
• Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and tools.
• Analyze CPG market trends, consumer behavior, and sales data to provide actionable insights.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a business analyst role, preferably in a data-driven environment.
• Strong proficiency in ERP and CRM systems such as Sage ERP, Salesforce or similar platforms.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with advanced data analytics techniques and tools
• Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes.
