Must be bilingual Spanish, initially onsite for training and then hybrid.
- Supporting employees with general benefits-related questions (English & Spanish)
- Reconciling invoices (includes Excel vlookup & pivot tables)
- Reviewing and updating current employee benefits in HRIS (UKG; review HRIS reports in Excel format)
- Following up with insurance carriers regarding employee changes or new employees
- Updating compensation-related data in Excel and HRIS (job codes, pay grades, etc.)
