AVP Senior Legal Counsel

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated, self-reliant lawyer to join our Litigation team. This role involves managing a fast-paced, diverse, and complex national commercial litigation docket, including supervising the lawyers and other legal professionals who manage the docket day-to-day. Candidates must be effective communicators, creative, strategic, and work well in a team environment. Excellent academic credentials and a minimum of 10 years of experience are required, including demonstrable first-chair trial experience. Class-action and multi-district litigation experience are a plus. Interested candidates should provide a resume, writing sample, and references. Office position in Dallas or Atlanta, preferably Dallas.
