Details:
Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 plus discretionary bonuses
No billable hour requirement
Hybrid Schedule offered (after initial training period)
Personal Injury practice area focus
Health insurance premium is 85% covered by the firm for the employee's plan and 50% for dependents

Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Attorney in a law firm preferred but open to recent graduates (with Bar license)
Experience specifically in Litigation preferred but not required
Bachelors Degree, Juris Doctor, and Minnesota State Bar license
U.S. Citizen or Resident
Professional, detail-oriented, and excellent writing & interpersonal skills
