Associate Attorney (Entry-Level)

Job Description

Hybrid/Remote options negotiable after training

Qualifications:

Law Degree from an accredited law school

Licensed to practice law in the State of Florida

Must be able to draft, review, and negotiate legal documents

Strong ability to perform research and effectively communicate the results

Analyze both federal and state laws and regulations

Can work within defined processes and procedures

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Duties may include but are not limited to:

Legal research and writing of memorandums

Draft motions, pleadings, and discovery responses, as well as correspondence to clients, counsel, and the court

Attend hearings, mediations and trials; assist in preparation for trial; attend and conduct depositions of parties and non-parties

Manage own caseload from inception to close and provide frequent status updates to clients
