Responsible for managing key logistics, project coordination and administrative tasks for Culture Marketing influencer relationships and product objectives. Provide day-to-day communication and support to both external and internal teams dedicated to the projects. Ensure effective communication flow between all internal parties and external counterparts.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management: Assist in managing project tasks and support global cross-functional project and department needs across categories and cultural pillar.
Coordinate end to end execution of activation, partnership, collaborations, functional needs.
Assist in ensuring a strategic, proactive approach to celebrities and influencers who add value to the brand and our consumers, and consistently evolve and add to the list.
Build rapport with external Entertainment contacts while keeping adidas objectives a top priority
Maintain current product knowledge and clear target market objectives
Interact with product marketing, brand marketing, retail activation, public relations and event marketing as needed to execute plans.
Coordinate all aspects of the execution plan with direct manager. Identify opportunities to connect Influencers and entertainers to our brand through content creation, activations, campaigns, seeding etc.
Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day obstacles internally/externally
Assist in managing influencer relationships i.e. appearances, production days, and content creation.
Review and select programming for involvement, assure timely product fulfilment, and obtain placement documentation for internal reporting.
Coordinate production dates/photoshoots and obtain all necessary approvals for images, digital mechanics and usage rights
Provide operational, process and organizational management support to team.
Identify opportunities to connect culture marketing partner to our brand through relevant global entertainment and sports activities.
Assist in all administrative tasks and duties (i.e. calendar management, meeting organization, power point presentations)

Requested Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Project management skills and an ability to work well in a team environment
Ability to write reports, business correspondence and presentations
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Knowledge of the music/fashion/style/entertainment industry
High level of proficiency in Word, Excel, PPT and Outlook.
Ability to make sound business decisions.
Exercise professionalism at all times
Strong organizational, problem solving, time management and resolution skills.
Unconventional business hours may be required. [evenings, weekends]
Requisite Education And Experience/ Minimum Qualifications
Strong network in the local Entertainment & Influencer scene
Four year college or university degree in Marketing, advertising or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in related field
Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted for degree.
