Architectural Designer role focused on the production of Luxury Single Family Residences in Naples, Florida.
The ideal candidate should be well versed with schematic design processes and have experience within the residential sector. This is a unique opportunity to work within a growing design team for a premier south Florida private real-estate developer engaging with many exciting new projects. This job posting is a hybrid role, whereupon candidates will be able to work remotely for an initial set period with the intention of relocation to Naples, FL provided proven ability to successfully execute tasks.
Responsibilities
Works closely with Director of Architecture to generate and develop in-house design concepts, drawings and digital 3D models for company ownership review and approval. Produces initial space planning options for projects and iterates through the schematic design phase with company leadership input. Conducts building product research and maintains department design standards and templates.
Qualifications
Professional degree in architecture from a NAAB accredited school
2-5 years of professional architectural experience (residential work preferred)
Passion for architectural design and the creation of luxury homes
Attention to detail and consistency
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Must be eligible to work in the United States
